Fannin County and the cities of Blue Ridge, McCaysville, and Morganton are updating their Joint Comprehensive Plan in 2017. The county and the cities are dedicated to putting resources and tax dollars to their most efficient use by planning before committing those resources.  Part of the planning process involves finding out how residents see their county and what they value.  The following questions will help define Fannin County’s vision for an ideal place to live, identify key issues and opportunities facing the community, and help prioritize which projects to work on.  Your input is valuable.
